Account Information

We use Clerk, a third-party authentication provider, to manage user accounts. When you sign up, Clerk collects your email address and authentication credentials on our behalf. We do not store passwords or payment information directly.

Usage Data

We store a user identifier (provided by Clerk) to associate your bookmarked trading opportunities with your account. We also collect basic request metadata (timestamps, API usage) for system monitoring and rate limiting.

Market and Trading Data

The Service processes publicly available financial data including stock symbols, options prices, earnings dates, historical earnings data, and volatility metrics. This data is sourced from public providers and is not personal information.

Cookies and Session Data

We use only essential cookies managed by Clerk for authentication sessions. We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies. We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar services.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To save and retrieve your bookmarked opportunities
• To provide the scanner results and the earnings calendar

Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following third-party services:

• Clerk: user authentication and session management. Clerk processes your email and login credentials under their own privacy policy.
• Supabase: database hosting (PostgreSQL). Stores user bookmarks and trading analysis data.

We also retrieve publicly available market data from third-party financial data providers to power our analysis. These services do not receive any of your personal information.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase. All API communications are encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Backend API endpoints require authentication via API keys, and user-specific endpoints require a valid Clerk session.

Data Retention

We retain your bookmarks and account association for as long as your account is active. Market data and trading analysis results are retained for operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
